Project Overview: Erection of 36.0m × 4 Nos. Composite I Girders | Delhi–Amritsar–Katra Expressway | Haryana
CICO successfully executed the erection of four 36.0-meter span Composite I Girders between Isapur Kheri and Butana Railway Stations as part of the Greenfield Delhi–Amritsar–Katra Expressway project under the prestigious Bharatmala Pariyojna. This section stretches from KM 34+000 to KM 60+800, connecting Rukhi Paani Village (NH-709) to Gangana Village (NH-352A) in Haryana.
Delivered under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), the project demanded precision engineering and flawless execution to support a critical four-lane corridor designed for high-speed connectivity. CICO’s scope included the fabrication, trial assembly, transportation, and launching of Composite Girders over a the existing railway line.
Using advanced CAD/CAM technology, we ensured the girders met all structural and quality specifications. Our team deployed specialized lifting and launching equipment to erect the girders safely and efficiently within specified timeline.
This project showcases CICO’s capability to deliver large-scale expressway infrastructure with a focus on safety, accuracy, and national connectivity goals under the Bharatmala initiative.
